These bearings are a total surprise. They last forever. One of our riders rode them so long that the only reason why he changed out his bearings is because someone gave him new bones reds. He still has them to this day. They still work.
The shields have some sort of filter on them, that let's dirt and grime escape from the bearing races. No other bearing has this design, so it must work.
