Darkstar skateboards has come out with a new skateboard technology called Armor Light. Darkstar Armor Light has a carbon composite center, ultra light weight maple veneers for decreased weight and super bonding resin glue for superior strength.

Darkstar also has Armor Ply technology which is essentially the same as Armor Light with normal thickness maple veneers.
