Rick Howard
Rick Howard was a professional skateboarder that rode for Plan B skateboards in the early 1990s. Apparently he was butting heads with Plan B owner Mike Ternasky over "creative difference". So Spike Jonze (Spike was making all the World Industries videos at the time) and Rick decided to started Girl Skateboards. Rick decided to take most of the Plan B team with him to his new skate company venture. Since then he has help create Chocolate Skateboards, Fourstar Clothing and Ruby Clothing.
