What's your favorite skateboard brand?
My favorite skate brand is Girl, Chocolate, and Emerica. The first two are my favorite board brands mainly because of the feel of them as well as their wood. To me, they are easy to break in and i always do my best with them. The same goes for Emerica footwear. They're easy to break in for me and they always let me land my tricks clean. Like when i used the Reynolds 3's, i used them the first day and then went out and kickflipped a 3 block 4th try. That can be seen in my, "The Times" video on my YouTube that may be viewed. I really dont know what else to say about those brands. Whenever i go out to my local shop, its those brands that I'm always buying. I feel the most comfortable with them.
What skateboard trucks do you like best?
My favorite truck brand are Thunders. I've recently gotten the Malto Lights and they're really good. Before my Thunders, i've bought many pairs of Royal that were also pretty good for me except i was always snapping their bases when i did stairs. I began to realize that i was spending too much money on bases and trucks just for the bases. I then moved on to Independents but those trucks felt too heavy for me. Thunder trucks are just right for me. Perfect for stairs. I love the design and feel of them.
What about wheels?
I havent really had many skate wheels. Like brand name wheels but my most recent wheels have been my Girl Wheels. They're really really good for my type of skating style. Stairs. They're thin and aren't too wide so i get a good stable landing when doing tricks down sets. Ive had them for quite some time now and they're still working out really good for me. When they're through, im thinking about getting another pair of Girl Wheels or maybe even some Spitfires. I havent heard anything negative about Spitfires.
